Home Events Meeting of the Secretaries General of the European Union Parliaments (EUSG)

The Meeting of the Secretaries General of the European Union Parliaments (EUSG) is an annual forum attended by the Secretaries General of the National Parliaments of the European Union, the Secretary General of the European Parliament and by Secretaries General of the Parliaments of candidate countries. EUSG is a preparatory meeting for the Conference of Speakers of the EU Parliaments. During the Secretaries General Meeting, participants discuss the draft agenda for the Conference of Speakers of the EU Parliaments and current topics relating to the work of National Parliaments. Meetings of the Secretaries General are prepared and chaired by the Secretary General of the Parliament that holds the presidency of the Conference of Speakers.
